The Cuisinart Professional Glass Steamer is a fast appliance which warms up in under 30 seconds. For cooking food exactly how you like it, there's a programmable timer. We particularly like the pause feature which lets you suspend the cooking process temporarily without interrupting the cycle. This lets you add additional food, seasoning, etc. The steamer also has a keep warm / reheat function.
