The Salter EK2726 has a 60 minute timer which is controlled by a dial on the front. It will automatically switch off when this timer runs out. In order to allow for a longer continuous steam time, the steamer is equipped with an extra large water tank. It also comes with two mounts and a handy rice bowl.
