The Schallen SCH1028 Air Fryer is a well engineered, multi-purpose appliance which is designed to cook deliciously crispy food in a much healthier manner than a deep fat fryer. It requires either a small amount of oil or none at all, and instead cooks via rapid hot air circulation. Essentially, food retains its flavour, but has up to 99% less fat. It's ideal for a wide variety of food, including chips, onion rings, meat, fish, vegetables, desserts and snacks.

The Schallen SCH1028 Air Fryer comes with 9 settings which provide pre-set temperature and cooking times to cook various foods in the best way. The fryer is also capable of allowing custom temperatures and cooking times (up to 60 minutes), so you can make food in-line with your personal preferences. These settings can be changed on the easy to read digital display.
