The Salter EK2817 is a compact air fryer with a large 2 litre capacity and a number of well designed features. We particularly like the adjustable temperature which can go as low as 80 and as high as 200 degrees Celsius. As an air fryer, the Salter EK2817 cooks by rapidly circulating air around food. It uses much less oil than a conventional deep fat fryer, ensuring healthier meals with maintained flavour.

The Salter EK2817 is suitable for a wide range of foods, including chips, potato wedges, meat, vegetables, desserts, and more. We like the 30 minute timer dial which, when set, counts down and automatically switches the fryer off at zero. The preheating time is only 5 minutes. For an easy clean, the cooking pot is both non-stick and removable.
