The Salter EK3960 Air Fryer provides fried foods that are healthier than they would otherwise be if cooked in a deep fat fryer. This is down to the fact that this air fryer uses either a small amount of oil or no oil at all. In order to fry food exactly how you like it, the Salter EK3960 comes equipped with a digital display which lets you set the temperature up to a maximum of 200 degrees Celsius.
