The Salter EK2559 Air Fryer is a high capacity, digital fryer designed with convenience in mind. It has a powerful 1500W heating element which allows it to heat up to 200 degrees Celsius, although the temperature can be adjusted downwards, therefore allowing you to fine-tune the fryer to your requirements. As an air fryer, the Salter EK2559 is healthier than a deep fat fryer, achieving excellent results by rapidly circulating hot air around food.

The Salter EK2559 Air Fryer can handle most fry-able foods - chips, chicken, vegetables, desserts, onion rings, doughnuts, and much more. Its large 4.5 litre capacity ensures that it can fit plenty of food. It takes either a small amount of oil or none at all, while keeping the flavour. It's suitable for a wide range of foods, and has a large capacity to accommodate entire families. We particularly like the fact that it requires little or no oil.
