The Russell Hobbs 20810 comes with a simple, yet extremely useful separator, allowing you to cook two things without mixing them. For example, you can have chips on one side and chicken on the other. In order to fry food how you like it, the fryer's temperature can be controlled by a thermostat which allows temperatures of 80, 110, 140, 160, 180 and 200 degrees Celsius. There's also a 60 minute timer which shuts the fryer off once it reaches zero.
