As an air fryer, the Pro Breeze XL 7.5L works through the use of a cyclonic design which rapidly circulates hot air. Unlike a deep fat fryer, the Pro Breeze XL 7.5L uses little to no oil, and therefore makes much healthier food. So as to cook food how you like it, the fryer has a 60 minute timer and an adjustable temperature ranging from 80 to 200 degrees Celsius. There are seven pre-set cooking modes.
