The fryer comes with 7 pre-set cooking modes to remove the guesswork from cooking. These modes are programmed with the best temperatures and cooking times for various foods. If you want to cook food exactly to your liking, the fryer has the ability to set the cooking time, as well as the temperature to between 80 and 200 degrees Celsius. The settings can be changed on the digital touch screen. The fryer also comes with a recipe book. We go into more detail about the features later.
