The Philips Viva Collection is fully adjustable. Its temperature can be manually set to between 40 and 200 degrees Celsius, giving you control over the level of crispiness. There are also five pre-set cooking programs with Philips' recommended settings for the best results. The fryer also comes with Philips' NutriU App which provides recipe ideas, as well as tips and recommendations.
