The Gotham Steel Air Fryer is a modern, stylish and large capacity fryer. It uses the air frying method to produce crispy food with the texture of deep fried food, but with fewer calories due to using much less oil, and sometimes even no oil at all. Super-hot air is rapidly circulated around, underneath and on top of food to create an even cook. The fryer is suitable for chips, white meat, red meat, fish, desserts and more.

The Gotham Steel Air Fryer has several pre-set cooking modes to remove the guesswork, and allow you to cook consistently good food. It is however possible to set the temperature and timer manually. When the timer ends, the fryer automatically switches off. In terms of cleaning, the basket is dishwasher safe. There's also a non-stick copper coating which requires minimal scrubbing.
