The ERGO LIFE Air Fryer is a large capacity fryer with 7 pre-set cooking modes and the ability to cook healthier food using the air frying method rather than deep frying in oil. Essentially, hot air is rapidly circulated around food in order to produce a crispy texture outside and a moist/tender inside. The ERGO LIFE Air Fryer has 7 pre-set cooking modes with pre-programmed temperature and timer settings. These modes are Chicken, Chips, Fish, Steak, Shrimp, Hamburgers and Cake. It's possible to set the temperature and timer manually, however. These settings can be input on the LCD touch screen display. The fryer is also easy to clean, with a dishwasher friendly basket.
