The Breville Halo Air Fryer is a digital 5.5 litre air fryer. It has a powerful 1700W heating element, and can achieve temperatures up to 200 degrees Celsius. We particularly like its extra large 5.5 litre capacity which can fit a whole chicken or a large joint of meat for example. The fryer has five pre-set cooking modes - Chips, Chicken, Vegetables, Steak and Fish. It's capable of frying, roasting, grilling and baking.

The Breville Halo Air Fryer comes with a simple, yet handy accessory - a divider. It separates food in the cooking basket, preventing mixing. The fryer provides 360 degree hot air circulation in order to achieve results similar to a deep fat fryer. Frying in this manner results in healthier fried food, with up to 99.5% less oil.
