The Tower Precision Grill XL has a special grease release ledge which diverts fat/grease away from your food and into a drip tray. This means that your food will contain less fat and grease, and therefore be healthier. The grill is also easy to clean as the grilling plates are removable and have a non-stick coating. The grill's temperature ranges from 1800W to 2100W.
