The Tefal OptiGrill Elite is an intelligent health grill with 12 cooking modes - Red Meat, Burger, Sausage, Panini, Fish, Chicken Breast, Seafood, Bacon, Potato, Aubergine, Pepper and Tomato. Not only this, but you can set the temperature manually, and also enjoy a searing boost feature and a frozen foods mode. One feature of particular interest is the thickness sensor. It detects how thick the slices of meat on the grill are, and automatically adjusts the temperature accordingly. The aluminium cooking plates are also of interest. They're sloped in order to direct fat and residue into the drip tray which ultimately results in healthier food.
