The grill/griddle plates are well designed. They're non-stick, facilitating an easy clean up, and they also distribute heat evenly over the 35cm x 30cm surface. The grill also has a drip tray which collects excess fat, juices and oils, making your food healthier. The grill comes with a cookbook to get you started on ideas.
