The Cuisinart Style Collection Griddle & Grill is adjustable. It has a thermostat that can go as high as 240 degrees, and an up to 30 minute timer with an audible alert when it reaches zero. We particularly like the floating hinge which allows it to cook larger items such as thick cut slices of meat. We also like the drip tray which collects fat/oil for healthier cooking and easy disposal.
